Staff Report, Land Development Code Text Amendment Application

Applicant submitted an application to amend the language of the Marion County Land Development Code text with regard to the Rural Commercial Zoning Classification. This application was submitted in pursuit of Land Development Code language which more accurately reflected the original intent of the zoning classification. Staff agreed with Applicant's suggestions and even suggested a few more amendments to this section of Code. Find the staff report here.
